Yes, although doing it properly takes a little effort. There are even products sold specficially to do what you want, although there are conflicting opinions on whether they are worth buying.
All both of those items do is tie the green wire from the PSU's 24 pin Main connector to gether. That way when you hit the power button on your system they all come on at the same time. You can easily mod the second PSU yourself. Just splice the green and one of the black wires from the second unit into the first. Better yet take those wires from the second unit and tie them into a switch so you can turn the unit on and off as needed.
Overall its better to get a single unit that can handle your system. Now the unit that Aluvus
linked too is nice. Problem is for about $30 more you can probably get a new PSU that will support your system. But if you still want multiple units then be sure that the primary PSU is the only one connected to the motherboard. Don't try to use the 24 pin main from one unit and the p$/EPS connector from another unit. It could cause stability issues.
