My 100wpm got me a job over the summer when nobody would hire me on the short term basis.
When I tested, I also had 0 errors, so yes, it can get you a job. the 14 an hour wasn't bad at all.
EDIT: I mean of course you have to be able to type correctly. Can't just be your omghi2u typing. And it also depends on what you mean by fast. I see lots of replies saying everyone can type fast, but I don't see many people breaking the 60wpm.
