Can this SFF handle dual core?

I'm interested in getting this model:

as I've liked the Terminator 2 design and size.

But can it handle a dual core processor (I'm thinking a 920)?

That board has a 915 chipset. You need at least 945 + to have dual core support.

No. See the notes at the bottom of this page.

EDIT: Assuming this is the Vintage2 PH-1 model (I would definitely check on that), then it should support the current Intel dual core CPUs, according to this (select Barebone, Socket 775 and Vintage2 PH-1). The original Vintage PH-1 does NOT, however, which is why you should make sure of what model you're getting.
