Can this PSU handle it???

Can a 800W Omega psu with 18A on 2, 12V rails run a 6850 GFX card, 1045T 6 core 95W overclocked to 3.5GHZ, and 3 Case Fans and 8gb DDR3 1333 ram?? Or should I go for a Radeon 7770 instead? It includes:

- (20+4) Pin ATX mainboard connectors
- 4Pin Standard drive connectors for HDD and CD-rom CD-RW
- 4Pin 3.5" FDD or ZIP connectors
- SATA Cable included (for new generation SATA drives)
- 8P(4+4) 12V Power connector
- 6Pin Dual pci Express VGA Power Connector

Ok thanks alot! Can I just add if you know the answer, if my mobo limit is 95W, and my cpu is 93W (phenom II 1045t) is it safe to overclock: ie will wattages increase more than my mobo can handle? Sorry is its a stupid question, im not really hardware gifted ^_^

I'd be more worried about that PSU being junk. You only have 18A X 2 for an 800W psu?

OC requires a good MOBO, CPU cooler, and PSU.

Amp wise its pretty low for what I would want.

You COULD overclock the CPU, but I wouldnt, if the board is designed for only 95w TDP then it is most likely not made to handle anything too powerful. That PSU is also junk, if you have 18a x 2 rails thats a 430w power supply, not 800.

800w is enough already, and it's over power, you can add another video card
