Can this memory be fixed?

i cant get the pic to get any bigger, so im just guessing its one of those little rectangular resistors. i've soldered them back on a few things before, i think i did it to a stick of simm once.

edit : i looked a little closer, but still cant quite tell what it is,is there only two contacts on it (the piece the broke off), or is there more?

well as long as none of the leads or contacts are broken on the item that fell off, and none of the contacts on the PCB got scraped off, and you have a steady hand and a sharp point on your soldering iron, it should be able to be done.

Depending on what broke, how it broke, and if you can find a replacement, it could be fixable.

Edit: if the part and pads are still in good condition, you can probably solder it back on.

No there is just two, it has the numbers 022 or maybe 220, one or the other. The bad part is that the little i guess points stayed on the memory stick so it is kinda hard to solder it back on. One more thing, How do you know which way it goes 022 or 220 because it varies throughout the stick.
