Can this guy go to jail for what he's doing?

I doubt its legal. However he could possibly get out of it if it ever went to court. I also doubt they are truly blu ray. Those discs cost a shit load, $ 3 for the cheapest normal is around 8.

interesting spin he put on it, but having someone else copy a blu-ray for you seems to go beyond personal use. Of course we all know what is really going on here....

Legal Information: By bidding and purchasing this product you are agreeing that you already personally own all of the movies requested. You are paying only for the very time consuming and complicated service of copying to a disc For Back-up Purposes. You MUST agree with the disclaimer below, by accepting to purchase you agree to the disclaimer!

Now if this would hold up is beyond me. I'm sure he could find a lawyer to make it stick on the buyer for not abiding to the terms of the deal.

Someone email him and say "Well, I don't own the movie, but I would still like to buy one" lol

nope, he is copying copyrighted material form non-personal use, and worse, charging for it. But even if he was giving it away, he's breaking the law. In fact, even making a backup is viewed by the studios as illegal.

As far as going to jail, he could.. but it's doubtful that he ever would.
