Can this GeForce 7050 card run this 32" TV monitor?

Can this computer: E-Machines ET1831-07 (specifications lower on the page)

run this TV monitor: LG 32LD350

Does it have the right plugs or will it need an adapter? And does the videocard have enough power?

Yes. They both have VGA. What do you mean by enough power? It will work but don't expect to play games on it.
