Can these voltage reading cause my lockups?

On one machine with an Antec Tower and 300W PS, the voltage readings are as follows: 11.8V and 4.99V and the computer has randomly locked up a few times. It is a P3-700 running at 700 with 384 of all Crucial PC133-222 RAM on a P3V4X running W2K Server. All the VIA drivers are updated.

My other computer with an Enlight case and 300W PS, the readings are 12.18V and 5.08V.

I know people talk about PS's causing lockups, and this machine is somewhat important, and to drop a few on a new PS is more than worth potential trouble.

Thanks

Those are plenty within the range of "acceptable" voltages. On my Via hardware monitor, it flashes/beeps whenever it is 25% away from what it is supposed to be. 11.8 and 4.99 are plenty close to 12 and 5 to be working properly.
