Can these RAM timings be set to 2-2-2-5

i doubt it.

But why not test yourself and see what your get.
Raise the vdimm, tighten the timings and run memtest86.
Repeat until you get errors.
 
lol I don't have the RAM myself, I was just looking through some. Yeah I didn't think it could be, but just curious.

Also, I saw some people had timings set to something like: 2-6-3-3 or something like that, which seemed kinda of off. Anyone have a guide to RAM? 😛 I need to learn more about it.
 
They wont' be able to run PC3200 at 2-2-2, it's not BH5 nor is it TCCD or Micron based memory. 2-2-3-5 max, probably.

But at PC4000, it's much better at DDR500 at 3-4-4-8 than DDR400 at 2-2-2-5.
