Your hall mates are essentially spoiled brat college kids who enjoy breaking taxpayer property for the hell of it. Then theres you. Cant drive worth a damn, and gets caught running the wrong way down a one way street. One of your many traffic infractions, enough so that this one, if given to you, will cause you to lose your license and pay a hefty fine. Cop gives you a break on the ticket if you drop the dime on your slimeball buddies...

Am I missing something here? You have a chance to make good and do something right by nailing a couple of pieces of society trash, AND you get a free skate on your ticket?? And you have the BALLS to ask if this is right??

Stand up and be a man for once instead of hiding in the excuse of youth. Drop the dime, get your ticket erased or enjoy next semester from the seat of a ten speed.

Legally, who cares. You could voulenteer to bear witness, and they could have given you the tickets for being a dumbass anyway. Be thankful you can get out of it.

thing is now the cops are arresting people in the hallway etc... so they want statments from people in the hall and the cheif of police told the officer that, if i dont help them to write me the tickets cause the officer has a year to do so. Even though all of the RA's have vouched for me they still wont let me off unless i help them out. IS it legal for them to use my ticket as blackmail like this? I dont want to rat out the guys in my hall but i dont have much of a choice. Its either rat them out or, lose my license + $650 dollar fine.... Is it legal for the police to do this? and Most of the guys in my hall have casued enough damage etc that they are getting kicked out next simester.

oh my. my spelling is bad. but damn! so what year are you? 3rd grade? i really cant tell with the spelling ..
