can the bats be saved?

But yeah that was just what was said during a presentation partially about it here a few weeks ago.

Then, when the flying mon.. geese? are out of control, we'll bring in Sri Lankan needle snakes to take them down. Problem solved.

I've had bat houses up since I was a very little kid. Perhaps if we all did that to provide significantly more roosting places we can give them more of a chance to fragment population clusters and develop immunities?

that's not good. One of my fondest memories of childhood was standing in the tall trees on lake Chelan, listening to the bugs and hearing mosquitoes get closer and closer, but never reaching me. The bats would use me to work the skeeters, and just swoop by and snag them right out of the air in front of me.
