Question Can the Asus Rog Strix z690 E-Gaming or Rog Maximus Z690 Hero fit the NH-U12S heatsink?

Wondering if all the included cooling and visual design "stuff" that's all over the board and around the CPU socket will interfere with installing an NH-U12S on the CPU, or if there's enough clearance.

It will fit the NH-U12DX - AMAZON

It's listed under the "discontinued" section, but you can still buy it on Amazon.

PC Part picker is another good option for compatibility checks. Based on their data, both mobos work assuming you have the lga1700 adapter for the hsf.
