Can Street Fighter 4 PS3 play with XBox ppl online?

Basically what the topic says. Can the two gamer pools play together, or do they have no way of playing with each other?

No. PS3 and 360 players can't play together in any game except for FF11 (IIRC).

No. The two systems play on completely separate networks. That and the 2 companies hate eat other, a lot. There will never be a collaboration between the two.

it sux they dont. Quake 3 did cross-platform with PC vs dreamcast users

Well, if that is the case, is PS3 player base a lot smaller than XBox? It seems there is an opinion that XBox has a much larger player base than PS3, but on the other hand, everyone and their mother has PS3 to play blu-ray discs. Is there an actual difference in player base size, and if so, is it great enough to qualitatively affect gaming experience in multiplayer?

I have the ps3 version... i dunno, i seem to find games in a quick manner. the xbox crowd seems to be full of kids screaming. probaly not in SF4. but who knows

i still play 360.. some games are just worse than others. i can say i havent run into a problem with L4D 🙂
