Can spiders/bugs harm a computer?

Home Depot sells these yellow pest strips that would probably help. I'd put them in the case itself, I believe they last 6 months.

I use duct tape and catch bugs here and there, and I never thought of putting it INSIDE, not a bad idea.

you'd need a whole lot of spiders.
if there are spiders in your case you live in filth, they only build webs where there are prey, and most computer cases are pretty low traffic area for prey unless you are infested.
regular dust bunnies and build up are far worse than spider mess.
