I have some forms that I will email you
all you have to do is input my name and my ID on the form, save it, then send it back to me.

I can use Adobe reader to input the text but I can't save it. I need to be able to save it so I can send it to someone

There are free programs you can download to do this... Just FYI. (And I would do this, but I'm at work... )
