can someone with Adobe Acrobat (full version) help me out?

I have some forms that I will email you
all you have to do is input my name and my ID on the form, save it, then send it back to me.

I can use Adobe reader to input the text but I can't save it. I need to be able to save it so I can send it to someone

PDFCreator is what I use.
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=57796

Open it in Adobe, then go to print it to resave it as a PDF again.
