Can someone who has remote access to a computer see everything that goes on? even on other computers that share a

Here's the scenario.
My housemate's computer is hooked up to comcast cable and also has a wireless router. My computer has a WAP card and i share the net access.
Housemate just told me her nerd friend has TOTAL access to her computer remotely.
Now, is he able to see everything i download?
time to cut down on porn if he does...
