I dont think I'm in a big hurry to send 966 USD to Russia...... Whats the 186 y.e?

The currency in Russia is roubles (rub`li ). One rouble ( o`din rubl') consists of 100 kopeek (1 kopeika - od`na (one) ko`peika). The exchange rate to 1 US dollar is 29 roubles. For exact rates you can use the online currency converters.
Many people in Russia got used to thinking in US dollars because of the instability of the rouble before, so sometimes you'll see the prices in "units" ("y.e.") that is the same as US dollars.

Man, sometimes the abilities of people on here amaze! Thanks guys! 😀

On a side, so is plausible that its 186 USD (y.e.)? That would be sweet as all hell to snag this sub for 186 bucks. Hell, I'd send 186 to Russia just on the long shot.... Wonder if they have someone on the phone who speaks Engrish.....

DOH! I bet that 189 y.e is shipping... Wow, nope, not sendin 1000 bucks to Russia.
