AGN3D had a great one, but they apparently are no more.

Ars Technica has an excellent forum (www.ars-technica.com).

JC's News has a good one for specific CPU news and discussions (www.jc-news.com/pc).

Russ's BBS is a quieter, more friendly atmosphere - although questions posted there often take a while to be answered. Still, it's a friendly, cozy place. (www.hardwarehottalk.com)
