That is the crux of the argument here. There's a difference between "common," "prevalent," and "any." When you take a perceived common trait, and generalize it to mean "any" one in a group in a negative way, that is called racism.

I don't think any white people made good music. I think they just copied whatever black people started. Can someone show me a white person who started great music?
