I have a 512MB Astone. I like it.

Basically, pick one that looks good, preferably from a brand you trust, and doesn't cost too much.

Really, they're not all that different.

I have the Cruzer mini as well and it works fine. I have a few for sale if interested. They are the 1gig Cruzer mini in gray. $40 shipped

I have a Lexar Jumpdrive Sport. It has a nice rubber wrap around it that makes it kind of waterproof and protected from the elements. It takes a week or two to break it in to the point where it's easily useable, but it's a wonderful device. The wrap also makes it so that you don't have to worry about losing a cap. I keep the rubber section on my keychain so I can just pop the memory stick in and out. Manufacturer's page:
