If you are going the photography route, be sure to include how through photography, the photographer can create the "West" as he sees fit by his choice of pictures ie: exclusion/inclusion of peoples, how the native americans are portrayed in the photographs(warrior like, inferior, barbaric, shamanistic etc.)
