"I actually used their "international support #" instead: (206)-266-2992 and got right through to a US-based rep who was able to help immediately and fixed the problem correctly. Had tried the regular route yesterday as suggested here and got a human -- however it was someone in Bangalore who told me incorrect information, delaying my order another day."
