This is my daily plan. I am 5"10, 173 lbs. I am now lifting weights for size. My goal is to gain some mass and to be 180-183 lbs. I am lifting 3 days per week, and I like to play sports on the weekends.

The reason that I am taking hyaluronic acid is because I have read a lot of promising studies on it's anti-aging properties. Also, the same is with the beta alanine/creatine combo. Plus creatine is very cheap and it's a proven supplement. Finally, I really do like consuming green drinks. I try to eat/drink a ton of vegetables and fruits. Everyone should incorporate at least 1-2 into their daily diet.

I tend to consume a lot of chicken breast, and I like to alternate beef every 4 days. Tuna about 2-3 times per week and it's normally at lunch. Black and kidney beans for added protein. Fish oil is awesome, and I love the Animal pack multi vitamins. I just use the 1 pack.

Any advice would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Your plan looks really healthy. I'd also recommend drinking green tea daily as your drink of choice. Someone mentioned more meat but really if life extension is one of your main goals, I'd eat less meat (none if you can hack it), not more.

I wouldn't recommend taking melatonin daily long term either, it's a general rule I have with not messing around with hormones my body naturally produces. Are you having sleep problems? I'd try behavior modifications (not watching TV or doing anything stimulating like playing video games just before bed, avoiding caffeine after 4pm, etc.) before messing around with pills.

Given the anti-aging slant of your plan, I assume you drink wine because of it's purported health benefits more so than you just want a buzz? If so, I just read a study in the past month or so that indicated red wine is healthier when it's non-alcoholic. You can google for the articles on it.
