Shave it all. Man I hate when people do this. You look turrible (/Charles Barkley) like that, IMO if you are clean shave bald, you'll look a million times better.

Not a Photoshop expert but couldn't you just go in with ms paint and draw a few beige squiggly lines over the 3 hairs on his head.
 
I think you'd want stubble instead of razor-shaved to avoid the light bulb affect. Someone with skillz should photoshop that in.
 
So did you do it yet? I have the same problem, though still in it's early stages. 🙁

That way there is a 'style' to it instead of looking like you are hoping to someday have it all grow back.
