Can someone identify a toy for me?

It's something that I used to play with as a kid, it has four wheels, and two steps that works like a stair stepper. You alternate your steps to get it moving forward or backward, and that's all I got.

No, it has two steps that are affixed to the four wheels in a sort of opposite parallel joints, so that when you step on one side, the other side would move up and completes half a revolution, then you'd step on the other side to complete one revolution. Continuous stepping will move you either forward or backward depends on how you start.
