Can someone help me with this pest?

My Zonealarm keeps telling me this IP address has attempted to access my PC.

24.168.128.1

In the last 3 hours, it's done it over 3000 times.

I tried to trace the address using several different IP address locators but they have nothing on this address.

Anything I could do to stop these guys?

That makes me wonder because I am using RR. I wonder if it is just a normal part of their network then?

I also constantly get pinged by this address too:

66.185.137.193

I wonder if they are both part of the RR network.

Your ISP wouldn't be hitting you that many times. Someone may be running a server infected with code red or something like that. I think you should report this to RR.
