Can someone help me with Excel so that I can monitor the profitability of my business

I currently work with a cellular company need to figure out our profitablity using excel. A very simple example. Lets say we have 2 phones, the Motorola V180 and the Samsung X427. The Motorola V180 costs us $100 and the Samsung X427 costs us $150. There are also 3 rate plans, 19.99, 29.99 and 39.99. The comission on a 19.99 is $75, 29.99 $100, and 39.99 $150. What i need to find out is, when an employee sells a motorola V180 for lets say $70 then we loose $30 but when its sold on a 39.99 plan we make $150 therefor profit $120 from the deal. With hundreds of sales such as this i need to add up all our profits to see where we stand in the middle of the month. How can i achieve this? Thanks for all your help in advance.
