Alright so here it is:

So I have 667 MHZ ram on my system on 3 - 1 GB sticks. They're running at 1.8 V on a AMD 690G chipset. I just bought 3 Sticks of PC2-6400 Ram at 2.1 and 2.0V. Can someone help me with this install, specifically:

1) Do I need to change the bios in order for it to run the voltage at the 4-4-4-12 timing
and
2) Can i run ram with different Voltages?

I'm a serious noob when it comes to this so any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks a lot to the anandtech community, you guys are great.

1) Yes, provided 4-4-4-12 @ 2.0v is not the stock setting, you will need to adjust them manually. Even if that's not the case, it's advisable to go into the BIOS and check your memory settings are as they should be.
2) No, because of stability, all memory will run at the frequency of the slowest installed stick and receive the same voltage across the board.

Thanks for the help. The two sticks are 2.1 volts and the other is 2.0 V. So i should set the bios at 2.0 V? Thanks again for the help Rhonda.

Can you 2.1v sticks manage 2.0v while stable? If not, can the 2.0v stick run on 2.1v stable? I suppose if you can do 2.0v, do it, but if the 2.1v sticks are rated for 2.1v, I'm going to assume they'll want that much voltage. They're going to be underclocked to 667MHz (if you're not overclocking), so they should run just fine at 2.0v. I'd say maybe try some MemTest at 2.0v and if it fails go to 2.1v.
