saw it on someones facebook, and i've been thinking about getting another dog since my passed away last year. I have no idea what breed that is though.

thats what i thought too at first, but i looked at pictures of them and it doesnt really look like some of the ones on google search

the bridge of the nose looks different in most pit-lab mixes. maybe it just has more of a lab in it?

Kinda looks like an Argentinian Dogo, but too small. Definitely a cross and probably Pit/Lab is part of it. There are quite a few Breeds with those as part of the mix.

Mixes of the same two breeds won't necessarily look alike. On some one breed's features will dominate while on others it could be the second breed and still others will be somewhere in the middle. It's just luck of the draw when the chromosones get jumbled around. I've even seen one chihuahua/dachsund mix at the dog park that was significantly larger than either breed. That's just the way the genes from both breeds happened to stack up. I wish I had a picture because that was one incredibly ugly dog.
