Can someone give me some advice on these barebone kits?

I'm looking at 2 barebone kits that seems to work well for what I have in mind. One is more expensive, but I THINK it has a weaker CPU, while the cheaper one actually has a better CPU I think.

i5 2320 - http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...2237&CatId=333

i3 2100 - http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...2860&CatId=333

It seems like the i3 2100 just has more crap that I don't really need, but are there advantages to that package?

I plan to use my computer to do EVERYTHING. I edit videos, play lots of video games, surf the internet, and word processing too.

if i had to pick between the two i would pick the i5, i like the case better though it comes with a 350w power supply, it would need to be upgraded. I like how the case has the card reader built in

Yeah, I have my own 450w PSU so I can replace that with my own. If only I could customize it to have them ditch the PSU all together to save even more money.

The i3 rig is basically a full system w/o OS. The i5 rig is a better machine, if you have the parts to fill in the blanks it's a better price, too. (Just buying the HD and RAM is probably another $100.)
