Yup, it was all over the news a couple of days ago, it should be on English sites too... But if you're ever stuck for what something in another language means, and need to know, at least roughly, Altavista's Babel Fish can be quite useful. Granted, it doesn't come out great, but you get the meaning :)

That's what is causing everything to load so damn slow.
