Can someone fix this picture for me?

I need a small area of black background around him..

can u resize this and put it some were in the picture were its not covering him. Its going in a sig for a another forum



i dont have anything like photoshop to do it myself.

read updated. Well the black space is to big.. i need it crop and add that other pic to it.

from cooltext.com here. Edit it as name Twista and make the background black... you can also change font size. Thanks for putting up with me so far.

Can you make them smaller so they can fit in a sig.

http://www.bareford.org/twist98.jpg would look nice in a sig if it was smaller (sig like)

looks nice but in the org pic Text check out his hair.... see thoses lines (waves) i need thoses to show in the sig. I tryed to resize myself but lost them.

Well this sig is going on a hair forum so thats why im pretty crazy about them showing. Is PERFECT but too big. I can see his waves pretty fine from far away.
