That sucks as that is the number I called and dude didnt give a crap.

Basically my brother ordered DirectTV and put our account number for the reference online. Called them to order NFL Sunday ticket and to check on it when we were told that since he did not call a certain number we would not get the $100 credit.
F them. I have 9 receivers, have been a customer for years and just spent $200 more dollars.
