Can someone figure out this dog breed?

i was at my local chinese supermarket and a chinese lady was selling a cute puppy. i asked her what type of dog it is and she said that it's called a "tiger wince" or "tiger winston..." i can't figure out the second word she said...i tried googling but came up empty...anyone have a clue? it was a furry lil dog...
