The table contains both "early" and final vote totals.

Mr Obama was leading in the early voting and Ms Clinton won in the final vote totals.

I'll tell you what seems really fishy, the fact that in all but 2 districts, Hillary went up in percentage for the late vote. What was the difference in voting methods, if any, between early and late voting?

Yes, but to me anyway, the percentage swing between the early votes and "regular" vote is so huge as to require explaination. While I wouldn't expect the exact %'s, it seems odd that the earlier votes aren't more consistant with the total votes.
