Can somebody tell me how to hotlink in HTML? I need it for Heatware

Can somebody tell me how to hotlink in HTML?
I am the only dork left on anand that doesn't have a Heatware hotlink.
Please help!!
I used to have the thingy that does it, but lost it before I had a chance to use it.

When you reply to a message, at the bottom underneath the reply button is a message that says No HTML code is allowed in posts. Special symbols allow some HTML functionality. If you click on the symbols link, it will pop up a screen with all the cool thing you can do
