But I cannot figure out c. Anyone have any ideas?

Aha.. That makes sense. Thanks! I tried searching Google for any birth certificate copies to see if that held the answers, but I didn't find anything.

I believe it asks if any other children have died prior to the birth, and if they were stillborn or died after birth

'legitimate'

I simply went to google at did this

"How many" +"deaths" +" born dead anytime after conception"

Google filled in the blanks

Someone on another forum has the same questions
