I want get the most bang for my buck for $1300 to $1400. Can you all help me out with the part selection.

I need:

This is what I've come up with so far. Can anyone find any ways that it can be made cheaper without sacrificing much.

Please... Please... Post what tasks YOU will actually be performing on this PC.

Do you want it to do eveything from checking email and typing letters to small server functions to heavy video editing or maybe extreme gaming?

Moderate gaming. Doesn't need to be SUPER powerful.

What I am sking now is what are the best areas to make price cuts on this build?

Go with a P35 based MB.

You don't need to spend so much for "Moderate gaming". An E6750 saves you big $$, gets you a faster FSB as well as higher clock (E6750 IF you're NOT OCing).
IF you're OCing, get the E4400 and have at it!

Seems like the E6750 only saves $60 - $80.
Only $60-$80? What do you want, single items that save you $100-$200?
I saved you an easy $100 on the MB and another $60-$80 on a CPU.

You said... "what are the best areas to make price cuts on this build?", remember?
Why not just tell us what your budget is, instead of making us guess? 😛

BTW, Silverstone SST-ST56F
