i Personally think heatwars are joke. They do everyhting , but tell who you are. We need a goup to get together to develpe a more safter way to trade meaning to have to give ur real info. For example: 2 peeps decided to cross trade, if found out one person is a troll, extreme prejudice will be in action, sue, court, band for life!!!!!!!!
of course u at one tiem or another are tempted to cheat off other, that just who u are, and nonthing can change that.

time to get them where it hurt (real action)
some rules i though of
1# if caught cheated, and we are convinced u did in intentionaly willl be band for life meaning ur name, adress phone # everything about u ill be posted to every know tradign forum, and u'll never cheat of another person again.
2# perhaps even be hunt down in life for being a lying bastard???
can any one say it's time to get biblical!

Anyway....

Before you go panning Heatware, you need to know a few things.

- Heatware is a free service
- Heat23 provides this service for us while holding down a full course load at college
- While not perfect, Heatware remains the reference of choice amongst the established traders in the FS/FT forum
- Heat23 is working on an improved version
- Did I mention that Heatware is free?

If you have a question about a particular trader, you will find friendly assistance from the other traders. All you have to do is ask.

Your mad at a free service? There is a community of traders, and there are lists of bad traders and such.
Everything you mentioned is actually covered in the forums and related people, you would see that if you stopped for a second and looked.

Well one hting heatware is good for is that you can look through a sellers past transactions and possibly contact the person they traded with. I have been contacted by people in this manner before. Yes heatware is open for abuse, but there is always common sense. I don't do a whole lot of trading, but I have never been ripped off by anyone.

Heatware is an excellent reference tool.And it is free!
The trolls are a VERY small minority.If you do your research,the chances of getting trolled are very slim.


edit:there are inherent risks in online buying selling trading/be it here,fleabay,stores.......
things can happen in shipment.
people can break promises.
etc.


If you dont like the uncertainty of it,then dont trade.Its that simple.

use your common sense....email the people who left feedback to see if its faked or real...and stick to established traders....if its a deal to good to be true by a newbie then it probably is..look at the trading guidelines in the FS/FT forum and learn it, live by it....die by it!!!
