i usually give it to my parents' accountant but i feel like doing it on my own this year.

but my situation is slightly different.
25, single, have a FA that manages my investments (down this year), own a condo, have another as rental property.

is it to complicated for my situation? should i leave it to the pros?

It takes me about 10 minutes to do everything you you have minus the rental property.

With the fill in the blanks of Turbo Tax I can't imagine that being too much harder if you have good records. But that's just for basic preperation. An experienced tax preparer that knows his rental stuff well may find some extra deductions that a computer program would not.

So there may be some added value in going to a experienced tax man.
