Grout should already be sealed, so no.. Grout is normally sealed 24-48 hrs after you lay it, so unless your tile installer was a complete bonehead you should be ok.

I do not know if the tile grout was waterproofed or not as some mexicans laid it for a great price. But I also read on the internet that their work is in no way inferior but is in fact superior.
