can pee go into my cork?

I recently got a new little kitten and she keeps peeing up my grout. I am worried it will go through the grout and leak all over my cork and floors.

One thing is that the pee dries on top of the grout and forms into a dark, crystallized compound. So it makes me wonder if it actually gets absorbed or not or if it hovers over the grout. I also read that cork doesn't absorb water (obviously) and doesn't encourage mold/mildew growth.

I do not know if the tile grout was waterproofed or not as some mexicans laid it for a great price. But I also read on the internet that their work is in no way inferior but is in fact superior.

I use my hoover hardfloor wet vac to suck up the urine and it restores my grout to almost 100% normal... All I am unsure about is if it's going into my cork or flooring and it makes me want to rip the tile out and find out but of course, I do not want to do that...

who could say no to this???

I agree. How long before he's putting lipstick on it, confusing it about its gender, and dressing it up like Tom Welling?

Yeah, I really didn't know what to expect from this thread based on that, nor did I try to speculate too much.

Cats are sneaky little things.
You think that kitten is all cute and stuff.
But unknown to you it has changed your will and is planning for you to slip on the tile floor late one night.

is your cork cold with solution?

if the cat is getting the tile, and not on the cork, then... i don't see the problem.
