I doubt they can pull money from your CC or bank account.
What they can do is reverse "active" transactions.

No, PayPal is not allowed to pull money, what they can do is seize money going out and coming in.

Nope. They've debit my paypal account before, put it in negative for a couple days. I'm sure if you don't resolve that they will just collect on you.

On your PayPal account they can do w/e the fvck they want yeah. Do you mean to say they pulled money from your bank account? Cause as far as I know, they can't touch that.

They cant.... a lady on ebay bought a HU from me and the claimed it was broken (lies). Paypal decided in my favor and then she did a chargeback with her CC. My paypal acct went negative and they froze my acct.

They sent the debt to collections and I wrote a letter to the collector stating they would have to take me to court to get back their $350.

I never paid and it has still not shown up on my credit report over a year later.

Screw 'em

Oh no, they didn't pull money but they can reverse transactions. They just put my account negative for a couple days, but I'm sure thats just as bad as having money taken away from your account. Since if you don't pay you'll get screwed anyway.

I have a 2nd checking as well just for paypal.

If people ask you why you do that, what's your response?

If it's "I'm a paranoid mofo", sorry that's my excuse :)

Anyone in northern VT/NH can set up a checking account at the bank I work for - I'll keep an eye on it for ya. :)
