Can outdated BIOS versions affect stability?

Please discuss what the point of upgrading your BIOS version would be.

Unless you need a specific fix that a new bios brings there's no need to upgrade your bios.

Maybe some help in the OC'ing area as well..

But for the most part, if ain't broke, DON'T fix it.
