Can not find ram timings in bios

hello,

Just installed windows on new system and am trying to confirm that my hardware is being fully utilized.

My previous boards (Epox and Asus) showed mem timings and (1t or 2t) at post, but this board does not. (see sig) In the bios it reads that ram is running at 667 mhz, but it should be 800 based on what I bought.

I can adjust the "ddr2 over-voltage control" by .1 at a time, and my options to adjust the "system memory multiplier" (2, 2.5, 3, 2.66, 3.33, or 4.o+) I'm not trying to OC, just want spec perfomance at least.

Here are the specs for this memory
Cas Latency: 4
Timing: 4-4-3-8
Voltage: 2.2V

I have read that people have had to up the voltage a little to achieve timings, but my main problem is that I don't know what my timings are...or even what my current voltage is for that matter. Argh!

I hope that this is enough infromation for you to help me with this.

Thanks a lot.

Thanks to harbin for a post under motherboard section

Ctrl +F1 will bring out the timings and latency of the memory?
