Can my power supply power the following or I need to upgrade?

Currently I got an enermax liberty 500w psu and I am currently using the following:

1 x dvd burner

3 x hdd. 1 sataII and 2 pata

Gigabytes ds3 i think v1 or v2.2

E6400 oc to 3 ghz

4 x 1 stick 667ddr2 oced

1 x 8800gt

some pci tv capture card.

I am wondering could my power supply handle an upgrade to a q6600 G0 processor or do I need to upgrade both the power supply and processor? Since my mobo can't handle the new 1333mhz processor the best upgrade I can buy without a mobo swap would be a Q6600.

Does the Liberty have the 8pin 12v connector?

If so I wouldn't bother upgrading.

If you are going to overclock the q6600 and don't have this connector I would get a new PSU

Do you mean the one where 2 4 pin add together to become the 8pin? I believe I have that

if you plan to possibly add usb power devices... you may need to upgrade.

I guess I would be cutting pretty close to my psu limit if I get a q6600 huh?

So is Q6600 the best processor with my motherboard and psu?
