Can my power supply handle it?

Hi all. I'm building a new system with these components:

Antec KS-282 + PP233XH
ASUS P3V4X
PII 350mhz cpu (for now cuz i got it free)
Crucial pc133
Guillemot 3D Prophet Geforce256
SB Live! value
IBM Deskstar GXP 30gig
HP 8250i cdrw
Teac 540e cdrom
Iomega zip100 atapi
KDS av195tf monitor

I'm concerned whether the 233watt p/s can handle all this, especially the video card. I was told that geforce256 cards consume enormous amounts of wattage. Is this true? I won't be doing any overclocking, btw. Should i be getting a 300watt p/s thanks..

I would think that it should be ok. I only have an antec 230 or 235 something watt power supply in my system, and I'm running the following:

SOYO SBA+100
PIII 500MHz
320MB RAM (1 Micron 128MB, 1 PNY POS 128MB, and 1 Hyundai generic 64MB)
Voodoo3 3000 agp
SB Live! X-Gamer
2 Maxtor 13.6 gig 7200rpm ide drives
Kenwood 72x cd-rom
HP 9110i cd-rw

I have heard that the geforce does consume a lot of power though, or at least the geforce2, it bummed out one of my coworkers systems. However, antec power supplies are freakin great, they aren't some piece of crap. If you are looking for power supplies, try http://www.antec-inc.com/product/powers/ps.html or http://www.plycon.com/power.htm, Plycon also has some power supplies, including an pretty hefty 530watt ps.

It should handle it, I had a 266 and a 230w PS with my system at the moment, see my sig
