I would think you'll be fine on High, not sure about Ultra. Regardless, it will look good.

I have a desktop with very similar specs (2.2gh core 2 and 9800GT). Are you outputting to an external monitor??
I can play on high at 1440x900 with no problem for MW2, but if you are running at a higher resolution you might have to lower some settings. If you are running at the native resolution of the laptop for sure you should be fine.
The only game in the series I had a problem with was Black Ops. I think that game requires a lot of CPU power. I think I am CPU limited in a lot of games now, since the CPU requirements keep creeping up, probably due to bad porting from consoles.

Should be ok, MW2 is not a super HQ graphics game. But remember that the 2.0Ghz CPU is fairly weak and the 260m isnt a 260 full size card so you might get slowdowns where you dont get 45-60FPS steady. I also see no hard wired connection listed so multiplayer lags/slowdowns could be due to using wireless.
