Probably not at native resolution, no. That card is slower than a desktop 8800GT, and about 1/3 the speed of a desktop Radeon 6850.
Half-Life 2 might run at native since it's very old now.

That the machine's name begins with W, for mobile workstation, and it is beneficial to NVidia to keep the markets segmented. Now, why Lenovo don't typically have Geforce parts to balance it out, I'm not sure.That's a hell of a system to be brought down by such a terrible GPU. What were they thinking?
Not at all. It has a lower core speed, and if I'm reading the specs right, 1/4 the RAM bandwidth ((128*900*2)/(192*1250*4)).Holy cow, I didn't realize it was that cripped although somehow with the cards specs those benches seem to be off.
